No problem.. its a very beautiful sword. Do you by any chance take orders? and if so... what is the cost for a sword?
sorry, my blacksmithing days are over... for now atleast, I dont have the necessary equipment at hand anymore. and if I were to remake something like this it would cost about 6000 - 8000 euros, because a sword like this takes ATLEAST two months of work. also I am way too busy with watchmaking studies nowdays
6000 would be above my budget yes.. I've been wanting a ceremonial style norsemen sword.. because of the Scandinavian ancestry. So far the commercial ones i've found that were "nice" enough has been at 1000-2000 euros.. but they still look very "commercial" what i liked about your style was the authentic handmade look without being poorly made. If that makes sense. It is a beautiful sword the one of yours. You can be proud of that.
